Purchase of products

We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Availability/ substitution
All items are subject to availability. We may substitute a product where there is insufficient stock to supply the item ordered. If you choose to refuse any alternative product that we have substituted we will offer a refund or replacement.

Change or cancel an order
If you would like to amend or cancel your order please telephone the Sales office on 0207 227 9730 to enquire the status of your order.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order is not delivered or arrives incomplete or damaged please telephone the sales office on 0207 227 9730 to discuss.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive the order. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will refund the payment. The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order.

Delivery will be made to the address specified on your order. Please advise any special requests i.e. leave in porch. If no one is available to accept the delivery a note will be left advising where the parcel should be collected from. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Any deliveries requiring a signature must be done so by an adult aged 18 years or over. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. International Delivery Payment will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge; any such payment will be borne by the card holder. Products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order.

Delayed orders
Occasionally the supply of an order may be delayed due to shortage of supply, in the event we will make every effort to keep you informed. Our right to cancel We may cancel any order where payment is decreased or withdrawn.

Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Please note:

    • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty; please quote your order number/ invoice number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact the Sales Office quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Product description
We take care to ensure the product details, descriptions and prices are correct and relevant when entered into the system. We aim to keep the website as upto date as possible, however from time to time some products may be subject to a specification change or substitution. Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the colours you see will depend on your monitor.
