Flannel Easter Bunnies

Flannel Easter Bunnies

This weeks craft of Flannel Easter Bunnies was sent to us by one of our wonderful MUe Reps Brenda Cottle. They are a fun way to raise money for charity or your local community. Brenda sold these adorable bunnies for £1.50 each last year!

You will need:

  • Flannels (one for each bunny)
  • Elastic bands (two per bunny)
  • Ribbon (to tie around base of ears and neck)
  • Glue/adhesive
  • Googly Eyes/sequins/buttons/beads (For eyes and nose)
  • Cream Egg or any flavour egg (to fill the tummy)

1- Take one face flannel, fold diagonally in half and roll up from the bottom end.

2- Fold in half and fasten with two elastic bands to form a body and head.

3- Cover the elastic bands with ribbon, by tying into bows, one for the neck and one for the base of the ears.

4- Attach suitable eyes and nose.

5- Fill the tummy with a small cream egg or similar.

And there you have your lovely Easter bunnies!
