Pom Pom Garland

This Pom Pom Garland is a wonderfully colourful decoration perfect for any celebration, especially during spring and summer. Use indoors or outside to add eye catching detail to your decor.

You will need:

• Wool
• A pompom maker
• Scissors

For a Garland approximately 180cm we used 10 large and 11 small pompoms.

Put the two plastic circles together and wrap the wool around the pompom maker until the hole in the middle disappears.

Then cut through the wool in the middle on the pompom maker all the way round.

Use a piece of wool to tie the wool together going in between the plastic pompom maker.

Now pull the pompom maker off the wool

Shake your pompom to fluff it up. Now thread a large needle and string the pompoms together going through the middle of each one.I have started with a small pompom and alternated with the bigger ones finishing with a small one. There is a gap if about 7cm in between each one.

That’s your garland done! Why not personalise it with a name or a word for a special occasion.
