How to order

By Email: Email your order to enterprises@mothersunion.org

By Phone: Phone the sales office on 020 7222 5533 (option 2) Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.

By Post: Send you orders with payment to MU Enterprises Ltd, Sales Office, Mary Sumner House, 24 Tufton Street, London SW1P 3RB.

Via your Rep: Contact your local Mothers' Union Enterprises Rep.

International Orders

International delivery charges are based on order size, weight and location. You will need to email your order to enterprises@mothersunion.org so we can provide you with a quote for delivery.

Once we get agreement from you for the total cost of your order including the delivery charge we will email you a 'complete your purchase' link which can be paid for in the usual way. When we receive payment we will process your order.

Please note that we do note charge vat for international orders, however you may need to pay your country's custom duties.

We are unable to send to orders to PO Box addresses.

Returns

It is not possible to return the following items for a refund:

  • Perishable goods such as food.
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Gifts of Support, since the full cost of the purchase is treated as a charitable donation.
  • Any item purchased at a sale or special offer price.

How to return items

Returns address: Dawleys, C/O Mothers’ Union, Unit 9, Ashburton Industrial Estate, Ross-On-Wye, Herefordshire. HR9 7BW.

Faulty or damaged items: Must be returned within 30 days of receiving order.

Unwanted items/Change of mind: Must be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving order. We are unable to refund the postage for this type of return.

Rep purchase: If you have purchased your items through your Mothers’ Union Enterprises Rep, please arrange returns through them.

Refunds: On receipt of items to the returns address we will offer a refund for faulty/damaged products and unwanted items that are unused in original packaging within 14 days.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item/s by post for a refund and place a new order.

When returning an item please include a cover note briefly explaining the reason for return, invoice/order number and contact details.

Stock Availability: All items are subject to availability. We will always make our best efforts to ensure that the products are available to order, but from time to time items showing may be out of stock.
