Due to the UK leaving the European Union customers ordering from within the EU will now be liable for paying VAT at the prevailing rate in the destination country and Duty charges for orders over £135.
Damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to discuss a return or replacement of a product please contact the Sales Office via email: email@example.com or by phone 0207 227 9730
If you are returning a product purchased through a MUe Rep please arrange this through them as we will need the original account and invoice details.
Unwanted items must be returned unused in original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for reason of hygiene. If your item is damaged please contact the sales office for a replacement.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
Please provide a covering letter with any returns stating the reason for return. Please include your invoice number with the return.

If the item you received is faulty; please quote your order number/ invoice number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact the Sales Office quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
